LAMMA 2026

A successful return to LAMMA 2026, back for our third year!

With LAMMA becoming one of our staple events in the SW Hire calendar, we headed back to the NEC for this year’s show. It was great to meet so many new contacts, with an increase in interest for hire. Likewise, these shows provide the opportunity for us to catch up with our Nationwide customers who are based further afield than our home depot in Wiltshire.

Exhibited on Richard Western’s stand (opposite), our newest muckspreader was exhibited at the show. After having a D15 spreader at the end of last year, we’ve expanded our rear discharge muckspreader fleet to now include this 15 tonne model. Delivered straight from the show, the muckspreader is ready to be put to work.

Over on JCB's stand, a new 538-60 AgriXtra telehandler was exhibited. Supplied by RECO JCB, this telehandler will be one of the first in the 2026 hire fleet. 

New Machinery

Following on the arrival of the D15 muckspreader, the new machines for 2026 kept coming.

From Richard Western, a new SDS24T – Side Discharge Muckspreader. A spreader designed for spreading sloppy materials and semi-sludges; the middle-point between a slurry tanker and rear discharge muckspreader.

Supplied by RECO JCB, our newest 525-60 JCB telehandler arrived at our yard. Already compled it’s first hire, this telehandler was delivered to the customer straight from the dealership.

A Jacksta 6 tonne tipping/dropside trailer was delivered by RJ & KD McClean. The trailer is headed for a construction site down South, alongside a telehandler.

Ready for the slurry ban lift, Halse South-West delivered a new LGP2600 Slurry tanker. Equipped with a loading arm for filling from the cab of your tractor.

Harvest: Thinking Ahead

Although we’ve only just started 2026, we’ve already been looking ahead to this summer’s harvest.

Trailer hire is booked and confirmed for a few of our customers who are already thinking to summer or visited us at LAMMA.

All harvest bookings are now being taken from all customers and confirmed with existing accounts.
